I broke my shoulder in a car wreck so I can't lift much. The bad arm is hard for me to build muscle in and even then, I still can't really feel it because of how they put the titanium rod in my arm wrong... so if I get too buff with the good arm, the bad arm looks weird.
it's only at the top though by my shoulder. My forearms are great

Do you even raise heavy objects against the force of gravity?Yeah, but I'm a beginner sadly, lift Mon Wed Fri and some in between, Starting strength supplemented with weighted curls and bicep curls atm. Gonna transition to a split once I get to some non terrible compound lifts.
I spend time working on businesses that will be with millions within two years... I work on my bank account...
But I should do both... I went to sign up for Crossfit today, but sticking with it is another story...I'm not a lift I'm a person.
