First Google acne mapping. Where the acne is can help tell you what the cause is. I belive jawline might be stress but do not quote me on that.
I personally always had a hard time with acne. Getting rid of it has been a combination of things: birth control; switching to Clinique acne solutions make up; eating better (avoiding things I'm allergic to); I stopped using hard well water and cleansers to wash my face. I now use Micellar water From Simple. It's less than $6 a bottle at Walmart. I also recommend Jessica Alba's line. My personal problem is I have reactions to a lot of artifical dyes and colors and other chemicals which cause more acne. Her products seem not to bother me and do well. Especially the face /body scrub with some type of tree oil who's name escapes me right now, and the tinted spot treatment.
I've also found that simple products such as rubbing alcohol (with lots of moisturizer used with it) works better than any perscription the doctor ever gave me. If you have dry skin that would be a bad idea since the drying the alcohol does would irritate the issue. Neosporin is also handy as it is antibacterial and helps prevent scars.
Natural remedies such as honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, alum, cucumber, and rose hibs have also been beneficial for me. For the acne you want antibacterial things such as honey, lemon, and the cinnamon.

this is the product my doctor prescribed to me and it honestly helped my skin soooooo much, plus it got rid of scars that i had ! Although i still get some breakouts and the beginning stages are hell (dryness, peeling, burning skin) and i can no longer be in the sun without sun lotion or wax its totally worth it !
plus, i use a homemade mask (honey, lemon, cinnamon) that really seems to help with acne as well!
hope i helped :)
Check you diet. Facial outbreaks are always related to the major organs like liver, kidneys, stomach etc.
