Who else gets a metallic taste with everything they eat or drink while on period or close to having period?

I noticed that everytime i am due my period or on my period everything i eat or drink tastes like metal. Does anyone else get this? Is it a bad thing?

Because the lose of blood means your body lacks iron so it searched for iron I'm everything you drink and eat... it's normal. See a doctor though incase you need in tablets.

Go talk to your doctor it sounds like a mineral deficiency.

The only time I get a metallic taste is when I take Zopiclone as a sleeping pill, but I'm sure you're not alone in that
