Sleep is very important to me. If i throw my sleep out of whack then everything get's messed up, my skin, my digestion, many things. So going to sleep early ( even if people make fun of me for it ) is important to me because i like being healthy and feeling and looking my best!

Very important. I have to prioritize my time very well to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. I'm probably the only person I can think of at my college who hasn't pulled an all nighter doing homework. I don't get how people can do that.
Well, I usually have 6 hours, sometimes 5 if I can't sleep longer. When I found out I used to spend 100 days a year asleep, I cut it down from 8. Now I won't sleep more than 8.
Sleep is extremely important to me! vI have epilepsy and if I don't sustain a regular sleep pattern then I will have seizures.
It's very important because without it it's hard to focus on things.

4 hours and I'm good to go. However, I do indulge in over sleeping maybe once every two weeks because my body is maxed out.
