Now I am 106 pounds (5'3ft)
Can you guess how much would the top girl weight if she were around my height? And what kind of work out is needed?
Don't ever compare yourself to someone else's body. Because then you will be to focused on trying to look like them and what they do might not work for your body. You want to be toned and have abs then eat a "clean diet" do HIIT start toning areas you want to be the most toned butts or arms or abs. You need to build muscle so you should work on figuring out what works with your body. What are your body goals? not what someone else looks like. Do you want a nice round butt or toned arms what do you want then start strength training count your macros and watch the sugar intake.
Try exercising more and going towards a higher protein diet. You might actually gain weight (which isn't bad) but your body fat percentage might change some. At this point, it looks like you need more muscle definition
Cardio. A lot of cardio and body weight workouts. Stay dedicated. No particular diet regimen. Just a healthy one. Do not starve yourself please. Commitment, positive attitude and more so god. Not about religion when I say god. God never meant for us to be religious just have a spirit that leads toward him in everything you do. Even your fitness goals.
Well this isn't really an issue of weight since muscle is heavier than fat per mass. So, the more you work out, reduce body fat percentage, and build up muscle... The slimmer you will be and the heavier you will weigh.

Well that should be easy as hell for you since your already pretty thin to begin with. Honestly all you need to focus on is toning up. Some cardio but mostly just toning up. So strength training.
Thin girls are hot too. The girl in the picture looks good and ur pictures look good too but if u decide to get in shape and go that route, dont become muscular.
a lot of girls decide they want to get thin but end up becoming muscular with no ass and tits and that is even worst.
Omg! Your 103! That's a little bit, I'm 5'4 and I'm 126 lol I would say the girl on the top weighs about the same if not more than you. You just probably have a lot of water retention, try to cut out more sodium from your diet
Run 3-4 times a week. Note that the fat burning doesn't really start until past 30 min. By the time you burn off that fat through running you will also be super toned.
I think you look good now, top girl is super thin, not really into that.
Start doing abs with weights and she is skinny but not so many muscles on top chick altho you can when also looking fit
you'd need to be active for long hours, eat right and speed up your metabolism

Looks like you're close to it. Just lower your body fat percentage, build muscle, and you'll be good
106 lb is under weight for 5'3 and you look fine
