She looks very toned, as you can see from her leg muscles. If you go on a strict diet and work out 5 days a week for a few months, you might get that body. I was literally the same. Great measurements but "skinny fat". Now I'm pretty toned and athletic looking. I answered a question about this a while ago, so I'll just copy and paste my opinion:
For food you should do a low carb/high protein diet:
- don't eat rice, pasta, cake ("fat carbs")
- protein on every meal (ham and fruit for breakfast for example)
- lunch: many vegetables with fish/chicken/red meat (once or twice a week)
- have preferably soup for dinner - mushroom soup for example bc it's not heavy but still high on protein
- a great pre-workout snack is a balanced shake. My favorite (and more effective) is coconut milk (actual milk is not really good when you wanna lose weight), a bit of coconut oil, a banana, a raw egg, linseed, chia and oatmeal
- you've probably heard this 1000 times but drink LOTS of water. That's how I lost almost all my belly fat
For gaining weight in some specific areas I'd really recommend working out. You can do many sets of light weight for areas you just wanna tone up and less sets of heavier weights for areas you wanna grow.
About toning your body, can you go to the gym? It'd be the best solution really, it's really not as effective working out at home.
I could give you some good workouts but I think it's better for you to look it on youtube. You can see it way better than I could ever explain, and they're pros!
Good luck!

That's why essena oniell did to look like that
The girl in the pic appears to be some sort of athlete. If you want to look like that you have to train at the intensity level of an athlete training for a sport combining cardio and strength training and you have to match your diet accordingly (very very slight deficit, not much of one though). Bear in mind genetics and natural build are a huge factor and even then you may not end up with that exact figure because it may just not be your natural shape.
if your body physically isn´t built like this you won´t ever get it but other than that: diet+ workout... no magic involved there.

I think she looks really unhealthy and I don't think you should want a body like this. She really needs to gain a few pounds. But to answer your question, it could depend on her height. If she is taller than you it is normal for her to look thinner. Just lose more weight if you really do want her body.
She looks toned and like she works out a lot. It also has to do with genetics. You could also be working out, but it might effect you differently than hers. My body is similar to this, but I'm not as toned as her (and I work out every day except Sundays).
I can't believe people are actually saying this in shape person looks unhealthy. The glorifying of fat people and the putting down healthy in shape people is getting ridiculous.
You'd have to do weights like squats, lunges, back exercises, core exercises. Doing yoga would also be helpful tooExcersice. be happy that your healthy. fill yourself with happy thoughts
You don't want one like hers. She needs bigger tits. Everything else is fine. WORK THE F$%# OUT
