Odd are you're just bloated from water weight. Ok here's what you do: Drink a gallon (yes, literally 1 gallon) of water every day. Drink ONLY water. No milk, juices, fancy coffee drinks, etc. If you really want something else to drink, have some hot ginger or detox tea. Also cut out ALL salt and sugar in your food, including any kind of bread. Stick with lean proteins and veggies. Good luck!

for Sunday? ... go on a strict green tea diet and water.. don't eat solid foods for 1 day and a half... you should be back to normal for Sunday. Also flex your stomach muscles in a mirror and pause for as long as you can hold it... then repeat it as much as you can. :D! flexing and freezing in that posture for a while really does help to define your body... :p!
