Snap out of it. Shitty advice, I know, I know. But it is how you actually handle it.
Now if you plan to do it the slow way it is about positive habits. Making sure you go for a walk every day at roughly the same time. Much of the reason to see a therapist isn't about talking but about getting a sense or order to your life. You probably have some problems (however small) that are eating at you. Tackling those, even one tiny thing at a time, will make you feel better.
Now if you're Lazy and Depressed then remember that the basic route to having energy is to spend energy (jacking off does not count).
So go for that walk, make a phone call, say hi to some strangers in passing. Simple stuff. Build your energy up.

Has it been a while since you tried therapy? You have to be open to trying stuff and not giving up if you want to pull yourself out of this.
I'm also a depression sufferer and I've struggled with depression since I was 8, suicidal thoughts since I was 10, and didn't get help until I was 22. I also tried talking with family and close friends but, they all told me that it's all in my head or that it's not healthy, like I was doing this by choice.
When I got "help" it was just talking and it didn't seem like it was helping so, I stopped after 3 months. It actually did kind of help since my suicidal thoughts are less frequent and less strong.
Don't give up hope- depression doesn't have to be permanent. First, try a different psychiatrist. Second there are non-drug therapies out there. There's something called transcranial magnetic stimulation, and I've heard of another one (but can't remember what it was). This of course is excluding the two nuclear options- an MAOI or shock therapy.

You haven't mentioned therapy. This may help. And be patient.
I would seek therapy, and go on a google search spree about anything to fight depression
