I have lost the weight, but my mid section really isn't toned, it is kind of flabby, espically when I bend over or sit down, it is really noticeable. I do sittups and pull ups, and weights, and I just can't seem to get it to work, it has been a couple months, and I thought I would see improvement, but I haven't really seen much. I am just not sure what to do, I really want to look great this summer to impress someone, and I know I need to start now than later. Does anyone know of a good workout plan, eating schedule, weight lifting plan, or anything that would help. I just need some advice and some teachings about some of this to work out better and more efficiently which could be the problem. Thank you.
I think something like P90x is the way to go. You just need to be committed. follow the excercises AND the diet. I think its only 40 to 60 min a day. you can find it on the net ;)
If you don't want to commit to something like that you need to add some cardio excersise on top of what your doing now. I recomend three 12k runs a week. or vary the running distances ex: 8k, 12k, 20k. If you go this route a diet including comlpex carbs (pastas, spegettti, rice) and high protien are needed, and of course a Low fat intake.
