Don't worry about which ones like you. Go after the ones you like. Eventually one will say yes. You seem to take a victim standpoint. Do you realize that? You are saying "oh these are the only girls who like me". You need to take charge of your own destiny. Stop having a victim perspective. It's not about whether she likes you, it's about whether you like her. You've got the roles reversed.
Depends on the girl, but when I was in high school a lot of bigger girls liked me since I was really skinny.

There's no set rule...I'm thin but "curvy" so I guess you wouldn't like me but I just like guys who are not fat but not super ripped, and I also hate skinny guys
No, not true. I've seen thin girls with chubby guys and chubby girls with skinny guys. There's no rule whatsoever.
