Is this good to lose 10 pounds in 10 days?

I'm 5'7 and I'm 143 and I wanna try something new to lose at least 10pounds. Will this work?

Breakfast

1 cup strawberries

½ cup serving plain yogurt

1 cup tomato juice.

Lunch

1 banana

Lettuce/tomato salad with lemon juice

1 cup vegetable soup

Dinner

1 orange

1 cup Steamed Brussels sprouts

1 cup onion soup

Snack 1 Fruit serving 1 Vegetable serving

In addition to green tea. But I will change it a bit, like instead of eating orange every dinner for 10days. I'll eat some other fruit. Thanks all
