A work out that will keep me NOT bored?

I get bored when it comes to working out..

what work out routines can I do (at the gym) to keep myself not bored and a little preoccupied to help loose calories but not give up after 5 minuets.

also what are good things to tone my body as well as build ab muscle and make that situation over there look nice (I have absolutely no stomach muscle)
