What is your reasons for not eating dairy products, food without gluten, and only soy milk?
My guess is you have jumped on the bandwagon, almost every product has gluten in it, up until recently no one gave a rats ass about gluten, until someone probably a celebrity said something about gluten.
This whole don't eat this or that trend we have going on reminds of back in the day when people said don't drink mountain dew it shrinks your balls, because it contains yellow 5. It's just a fad that will soon fizzle don't believe everything you hear, you have a brain use it and think for yourself.
I try and stay away from soy milk and only ever have it when I'm at a coffee shop since that's the only dairy alternative most places carry. Other than possible negative effects with hormones/those with thyroid issues, there's also a lot of controversy right now with the soy industry in general, involving production and GMO's. Instead I drink a lot of almond milk, which I honestly think tastes a hundred times better anyway.
Nowadays, soy is quite "in" for vegetarians and some other kinds of people but in fact, most kinds of soy are unhealthy. Well, milk is also an issue under debate. It'd be healthier if you substitute milk and soy by other similar products like rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk. you can also buy the ingredients and make it at home. Very delicious :)

Yes- there are certain hormones in soy that mess up people. Soy is part oof the reason girls are reaching puberty sooner. Almond or coconut milk are great solutions. I prefer almond milk though.
i think your doing fine. don't worry about. we all eat or drink too much of something. if your that worried about it, just cut it down. just do everything in moderation.
