A couple of seconds of cold shower can really wake you up in the morning and can greatly refresh your mind and body. I like to run, and when I run I sometimes get hot and sweaty and a cold shower is just what I feel like especially if it is really hot outside.

In the morning if I'm still really tired I take a cold shower. Other than that, I only take cool showers if I'm hot.
Why wouldn't you? 15 seconds in a cold shower will cool you right off. Here in Canada though, I do the opposite. When it's freezing outside, I come in to a warm shower or bath. Plus you get the bonus of having an extra shower which is always nice.

I only take cool; not cold showers after my ice hockey games.
Yeah I hear it's healthy for your hair, balls, and your body really, it saves energy, plus if it's hot it cools you off. Most the time I have hot showers though.
I don't like cold showers, I have to have a hot shower regardless of the temperature
I use cool water, not ice cold but yes it can be refreshing after being out in the heat
