Working out the glutes ( ass muscles ) will help build up some girth - but nothing like beyonce. It will tone you up real well so you'll have a nice shape.
You either have the genetics for a booty or ya don't :\ I have a small behind, though I've been told it's really sexy by guys ( and girls lol,) just have to own your body and call it a day.
If you gain a bunch of weight, you'll get a flabby booty with tons of cellulite.
Just keep yourself healthy and be confident :)

Actually losing weight will make your butt smaller since a lot of fat gets stored in there just like your boobs. You can do squats and excersices for your flutes to make your butt more firm and round. And if someone says your bony that means you're skinny.
Your at a healthy weight, in fact you shouldn't attempt to lose any more. If you want, you can try and tone your body to get a more athletic/slim look. But you need to realize that the scale doesn't tell you everything. If you gain muscle and lose fat you will gain weight, that's not a bad thing.
As for the booty: cardio, running and swimming should all work to tone it. But it really won't get larger.
You're 16. Take it as a compliment for now and just stay healthy.
well youd actually have to gain weight to get a bigger ass but I wouldn't recommend it. tight small asses also have their place.

Losing weight is only going to make your booty smaller. Bony, as in bone-y? Means you're super skinny and can see your bone structure through your skin.
