- Do squats in the mornings when I wake up.
-I try and avoid processed foods(boxed stuff). I mainly go with veggies, fruits, and meats. The occasional nuts are good for snacks too.
- I have a cheat day once a week, where I just forget watching what I eat, which tricks your metabolism and makes it a little easier to maintain your weight.
-I swim and dance a lot, so I will rotate. Swim one day, dance the next.
-Any time I go to the store, I park a good distance away so I have to walk farther.
-If I want to nibble on something between meals, I will suck on a Jolly Rancher or sucker to keep my mouth busy and trick my stomach.
-If I have some time in the mornings, I will also ride my exercise bike to work my legs.
-I hardly drink any sodas. I carry water around everywhere, and make sure I drink about a gallon a day. I also make sure I have some whole milk everyday so my bones stay strong :)

just eat healthy things. salads, veges, meats, whole grain breads and cereals. avoid unnecessary junk foods. its good to indulge every now and again. to keep your sanity mainly lol. you don't have to if you don't want to. I try to exercise 5 times a week on my elliptical. 30 min sessions at moderate intensity. currently lost 30 pds. only 40 more to go. make sure to drink water if your doing cardio. doesn't take long to dehydrate if you sweat as much as I do. just like with anything, especially exercise you get out of it what you put in.
drink plenty of water (I drink about 5-6 liters of just water)
exercise/yoga/sports (I play sports at least 15 hours per week, and workout a littlebit)

I'm on the Atkins diet and have lost about 20 lbs. in the past 2 months. I'm far from looking great, but I'm looking better, and that's what ultimately matters to me - just that I keep improving. I also sit on our recumbent bike and pedal about 5 miles about 3-4 times a week.
I stay healthy by trying not to eat bad food, like un-necessary Carbs. I also stay away from bread a lot of the time because how it clogs your system.. To stay fit I run for thirty minutes everyday and then do three minutes of plank, more ab exercises, and push ups! Also, I drink water all day long. One tip would be to try to do fun outdoor activities that you keep you going. Then, you won't think about how hard the exercise is. because you're having fun! :D

I eat balanced meals - lots of fiber and protein. Mostly I just pay attention to which foods make me feel crappy and which don't.
Exercise-wise, I just walk and do yoga.
I mostly do what makes me feel good and it works out well :P Since I stopped eating so many carbs and started doing exercise I actually like instead of loathe, my health has improved a lot.I walk for one hour every day. I wash my skin with soap every night, I never stay for long under the sun let alone tan, I try to eat healthy (I´m a vegetarian) and I don´t smoke or drink alcohol at all. The one thing I cannot do that I know is very healthy is drink water because the taste is, to me at least, disgusting.
gym or some sport :) (MOST IMPORTANT)
eat more fruits (though those citrus fruits are less)
drink plenty of water
take shower two times a day (if possible)

It does keep me fit and healthy, but to say it keeps me "looking great" would be a gross exaggeration, if not a blatant lie.Walk 4-6 miles 5 days a week. Saw a nutritionist who put me on a meal plan of lean protein, veggies and fruit. It changed my life, both physically and mentally. Lost a lot of weight and I am more positive.
Healthy? Eat fruits, veggies, low carb foods, and plenty of protein. Fit? WORK OUT. Do cardio, you'd be shocked how far a 30 minute jog per day can go.
drinking water, probably one of the best ways to stay healthy because it cuts off calories you would get from soda and limits the amount of blemishes you get.
