Help me with my diet plan please :)

I want to lose 10-15 pounds give or take. Mostly I want to be more confident so whatever amount to look good lol. I'm working on toning up and eating right. I saw a diet plan on Pinterest called the "3 day military diet" according to the directions you always eat healthy but 3 days out of each week you stick to this specific diet to help boost weight loss. It goes like this:

Day one

Breakfast--1/2 Grapefruit, one Slice of Toast, 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter, and Coffee or Tea

Lunch--1/2 Cup of Tuna, one Slice of Toast, and Coffee or Tea (any brew, as long as it's caffeinated)

Dinner--3 ounces of any type of meat, one Cup of Green Beans, 1/2 Banana, one Small Apple, and one Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream (YUM)!

Day 2

Breakfast--1 egg, one Slice of Toast, and 1/2 Banana

Lunch--1 Cup of Cottage Cheese (Or one Slice of Cheddar Cheese), one Hard Boiled Egg, and 5 Saltine Crackers

Dinner--2 Hot Dogs, (no buns), one Cup of Broccoli, 1/2 Cup of Carrots, 1/2 Banana, and 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream

Day 3

Breakfast--5 Saltine Crackers, one Slice of Cheddar Cheese, and one Small Apple

Lunch-1 Hard-Boiled Egg, and one Slice of Toast

Dinner--1 Cup of Tuna, 1/2 of a Banana, and one Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream

So that's the diet, pretty sure I'll e starving by the end of it...could I substitute the Tina with canned chicken? I hate tuna :P also could I snack on almonds through the dy so I dot feel so hungry? Would doin those two things make a huge difference? Thanks!
