I really need to lose weight but need a diet plan..that will actually help me out..do you have a specific eating plan that cab help me lose weight please!
It's not a diet plan, it's a lifestyle change. Here are some tips:
-Jog every other day
-Eat salads, chicken breast, tree nuts and fruit
-Stay far away from processed foods and fast foods
-Drink water on a steady basis
-Don't binge drink. Drinking a lot of beer and hard liquor and can really cause the caloric count to go through the roof.

its more so a healthy way of eating than diet
many dietician / fitness trainers say its the only proven way to lose weight without restricting
