Any good 1200 calorie diet plans?

I can't afford to go to one of those doctors who give you the plans .

But since I have a desk job , go to school and have another mostly sitting job ( babysitting) , I have to lose weight but without reliance on exercise , so I need a good 1200 calorie diet plan .

Btw I need to lose a total of 22 pounds in order to be at a healthy weight , I think losing them in like 3 months isn't totally unreasonable lol.

How much control do you actually have over what you're eating? I don't mean self control, I mean do you pick what you eat, or does it get chosen for you?

A good 1200 calorie diet is attainable if you only drink water.

After that, go for frozen vegetables, chicken breasts, tuna, etc. Read labels and make sure you aren't overdoing in.
