I am super busy these days , I don't want to count calories and I just want to follow a simple diet plan that states what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner , the kind of diet plan that makes the average woman lose 5 pounds a month , I need 20 pounds. Any one knows of one that worked ? ( moderate weight loss diet plan not too slow not crash diet either) please help I am very shallow when it comes to criticizing my own appearance so being chubby is just NOT okay by me and I am in fact chubby . please I'm getting depressed, thankss
