Here's about 1,500 calories per day.
Breakfast: Cheerios with 1% milk with berries on top OR toasted wheat bagel with cream cheese (2 TB max) and some smoked salmon (if you want).
Lunch: Salad with a SMALL can of tuna, salmon or chicken packed in water. Some lite salad dressing.
Dinner: Steamed veggies with either 6oz of fish, chicken (no skin) or seafood -- bake, broil or grill.
If you can walk everyday for 2 miles, it will help.

Eat legumes, protein and non-starchy vegetables at each meal. You can eat sugar/refined carbs for one 5 hour window/week.
