For example if you were walking with a guy somewhere and he was like rubbing on your arm slightly or just kinda bumping into you every so often but not like so you get pushed or anything. Or if you were talking and he would occasionally touch your arm or something. Assuming you were friends with this guy would this kind of light touching possibly turn you on a little more to the guy?

I've had guy friends that would touch my arm and rub my back when they saw me and I thought it was so creepy and I was most definitely uncomfortable. I kept trying to move away and stuff.

But if it is the guy I like, well, that's a different story! I love when he places his hand on my lower back to walk me to places. That turns me on.

It would depend. If I was on a date with a guy I was into and he kept subtly touching my shoulder or arm .etc then I would probably be fine with that, I'd probably feel pretty good.

If he was just a friend or someone I'd never met, that would probably creep me out.

Exactly, I agree: it really depends on the guy and how I see him. Breaching personal space is only ever OK if the person already wants it; touching someone repeatedly doesn't make her want it...

Even if I wanted him to touch me for whatever reason, it's not because it's a "turn-on." Unless it's getting sexual, but bumping into me and rubbing my arm? That doesn't turn me on, it just makes me feel either uncomfortable or like I'm bonding, depending on the guy.

It really depends on the guy. If the guy were my boyfriend and he was "accidentally" rubbing on me then yeah, that'd be a turn on. If it were a random guy on the street or a friend that'd creep me out.
