Let's say it was your boyfriend or girlfriend, or just a friend, they dumped you months ago and now you have the feeling they want to be with you again. Would you make the first move if you are still interested in them? Or would you let them make the move?

Right, maybe the breakup was due to a misunderstanding, or to someone's immaturity.

Now the person is more mature, has learned something.

I don't think you have to wait for the 'dumper' tomato a move. If they give you indications they are over their former state of mind, you can go after them.. IF you are interested!

If still interested, you have all sort of ploys to advance any relationship, no matter how crippled it is, until you either succeed or discover it's a lost cause, beyond your influence to save it.

Depends on the reason for the break up. If you really want them back and they didn't dump you for someone else or a misunderstanding.
