I don't think its okay when females do this. It reminds me of my two friends who are dating. She has the "upper-hand" in the relationship and takes far too much advantage of it. I call her out on it a lot, but she doesn't listen. She calls her boyfriend every name in the book and also ends conversations with an "I hate you." She expects HIM to always crawl back and apologize when it wasn't even his fault to begin with. Anyway, she does that to him, but he doesn't do that to her. So it confuses me on why he doesn't tell her how it is at times.
Bottom line, I think you should call the person out, male or female, when they are being bitchy for no reason.
Because in 1400s up until 19something - even before 1400s it was disrespectful to curse in front of a woman or to a woman! She was not supposed to hear the talk of the men but since times have changed so have women who want to act like men and believe they are one of the guys - but they also don't realize that men and women are two different creatures!
To call a girl a bitch is wrong but at the same time she needs to hear it but you can say it in a nice way - your a female dog! And that is the translation for the word bitch a female dog!

Call her out on it. What's she going to do, be mad at you? If she's being a bitch, there's nothing that says you have to take it. You can either leave the situation, or call her out on her sh*t. If she can't take it, she shouldn't be dishing it out.

i think if a girl is being disrespectful, you should be too unless if they are slapping you then that's different but I would respect a guy if he shows equal resopct to me
