I catch a co-worker looking at me, when I look at him he quickly turns away. He has a girlfriend. Why??

This behavior occurred months ago and I sent an email trying to find out his interests outside of work. I found out he has a girlfriend and at that time the glances subsided. Now a few months later, the glances are picking up again. I'm confused as to what it means. I promise I'm not picking my nose. lol

Just because a guy has a girlfriend or wife doesn't mean he doesn't find other women physically attractive and enjoy looking at them. As many guys say, "I'm married, not DEAD!"

Maybe you have a body part of the type he really likes, and so he enjoys looking at it (but doesn't want to get caught, in case you would be mad or offended). Maybe he even has some romantic feelings towards you. He can have them without having any intention of acting on them. Maybe he's having trouble with his girlfriend and feeling lonely? Who knows?

The point is: he isn't single, so ultimately it shouldn't really matter, because he's off the market.
