How to initiate a hookup?

Theres a guy at my summer job who I really want to hook up with, but I don't know how to initiate the hookup. I've known him since last year but somehow this summer he is so much more attractive! We work a lot of shifts together and we're constantly teasing one another and bantering back and forth. I feel really comfortable with him and really want a no-strings-attached summer fling. He's 19, I'm 18...how do I go about initiating it? In my experience guys have pretty much always taken the lead so what do I do and how do I set myself up for him to make a move?

Start making more physical contact. Rub his shoulder, back, or hand. Or just go up to him with a distraught look and say you had a long day and ask for a hug to comfort you. If he doesn't get it then he is a f***ing moron.

Like the others have said, more physical contact when you're around him, and then try inviting him over some night to 'watch an movie and hang out'. He should get it...If not then he's semi-retarded.
