I cheated twice and now I have to get her back..do I have a chance?

I dated my now ex for almost 8 months. I got caught once cheating cause I was flirting with my ex ex threw text and I even changed the name so I wouldn't get caught and I did ne ways. she forgave me after that. since then she thinks iv cheated with another girl but I didn't. I did however kiss another girl after that and after making up a huge lie to cover it I finally told the truth. since then I have been honest. its to the point where she doesn't believe my heart condition. which sucks cause she thinks its not real and it is and I'm going in for an evaluation tuesday and it might not be good news but I don't wanna worry her. I want to know if I have a chance in the world. she said I have to earn her trust back. her ex before me cheated but way worse than I did I never had sex with anyone like her other ex did. I use to lie a lot but since then I haven't and iv changed and she sees that but she says I have to go threw hell with her and her parents to get her back and she is going to flirt with girls and talk to whoever she wants. so I'm basically fighting for her while she's looking for someone else...i decided I don't care I wanna fight but should I and do I even have a chance[yes my love life is drama because of me I see that now]?

wow this sounds like my relationship... my boyfriend did that to me and I left and started talking to other guys because well, I wanted to be the one inflicting the pain for once! he chased me and all it did was push me away. after a little while he stopped chasing me and just sat back and waited until I was ready to come back... that's what you need to do. if she comes back then she does and if she doesn't then she doesnt... either way it goes, even if she comes back, are you prepared to deal with the issues that will arise? for instance, me and my ex are back together and he's been very honest with me which I respect but it doesn't stop me from worrying and crying and fearing that maybe he's up to the same things... needless to say, once the trust is gone, a lot of times its nearly impossible to get back. I'm wondering if I even want to be with him now even though we just got back together... he really ruined a good thing and I'm sure you know you did too... you need to just wait and see what happens, let her drift to you and just be prepared for whatever happens but don't hold your breath...

Because I have seen what I have done wrong and I have worked to change my life for her. Only someone who really deserves her would go threw hell for her with her and her parents. Only someone who loves her would take everything she throws at me while she does whatever with whoever.

Well, it's easy to regret something once it's already done, and it's easy to miss someone after you've lost them. But it says a lot about who you are that you did these things to begin with. Now that you have to deal witht he consequences, of course you regret it. But once everything goes back to normal with you and her,you'll probably just fall back into your old habits. I've seen it dozens of times in the past.
