Being for no-fault divorce is no different than being against marriage.

For marriage offers nothing if not security, and it offers security not at all if either party need no reason to simply abandon it.

A purely voluntary relationship is no different than a mere friendship, and offers nothing more.

The security is almost entirely for the children and NOT really for either adult party. Although both adults including the men enjoy a certain level of personal security.

Against. The idea that one spouse can cheat and still get spousal support and half of assets is enough reason to oppose. I would, however, keep divorce by mutual consent.

No-Fault Divorce is the legal quick fix for a mutual break-up vs. Filing for separation, staying separated for a year and THEN filing for divorce.

I’ll find them BUT one can not have Precepts that address polygamist if one did not have an established marred design. Genesis 2 would be a good start…actually Genesis one ☝️ for you. I have read the bible, cover to cover twice before I even graduated high school. Moses wrote the Torah, the first five books of the bible. How ever there are cultures that predate the Torah, like ancient Egypt that had marriages before the bible had ever been written...

There’s no way to force people to remain in a relationship. Marriage is just a legal agreement.

Ultimately Marriage does not exist distinct from a friendship without such security, Security that was created for the benefit of children more than the parties involved.

@monorprise Successfully? I don't think it was successful. It led to a lot of horrible behavior by one spouse trying to control the other. That's why the law was changed. Forcing people to remain married doesn't force them to cooperate in the relationship.
