Does this guy sound like a narcissist?

I confronted my friends with benefits about ignoring me for a week after we made up, after he put us in a break for two weeks during a fight. This was the third time he distanced or took a break trying to punish me when we have had a fight. We went back and forth. Of course I chased him and catered to him. Finally I asked him if he wanted to continue seeing me or not. That I wasn’t going to fight him if he didn’t but I would just rather know.

He said he wasn’t going to go back and forth answering questions. He said I conjure stuff in my head, believe it to be true, and then push it onto him. He said if I didn’t allow him to reach out when he wanted then he would delete my number and avoid all contact.

I apologized and showered him with compliments and told him it was fine. I asked him if he decided to end communication all I ask is a heads up and I would do the same.

He then told me that I wanted more communication then he was willing to give. That he would just reach out whenever he wanted to meetup and who knows whenever that might be. That there was no need for a long text or no response was needed at all. Not to bother replying.

So I dumped him.….. I'm not going back this time. I am burnt out with him. But I wonder if these traits are considered narcissistic?
