Lets say my boyfriend broke up with me and he has something that he uses that belongs to me like a ps5 for example. He broke up with me but wants to give it back to me on his terms. So when he finds out I want it back immediately, he changes it and tells me we are still together but the relationship is going to end when he gives me the ps5 back. is that fair?

My ex wouldn’t give me my stuff, allow me to get my stuff or post them. He just kept saying he would but nothing happened so eventually I told him if he didn’t mail them or get them to me/allowed me to go get them NOW I would contact the police. He mailed them to me the very same day.
He's playing with your feelings. Let him use it and forget about it and move on with your life. Tell him that he can't play with your relationship if he doesn't want to lose you. If he's playing with you tell him that you'll leave him even if he uses your items or not
