Why are you asking this question, what are you trying to ascertain?
Men date across and below their league, where as women date across and up from their league. It is an instinct, women have children so they need a man who can look after them when they take time off work to raise the kids. This is not a conscious choice; if it was people would be with who they loved based on that alone. But that's not how it works. There are plenty of men who would date/marry a woman more successful than them, but those women tend not even consider men below them to be attractive (not talking about looks). Also most men who are successful like a woman to be lower than them so they feel more powerful and that's a turn on, and vice versa.
As long as she doesn't brag about it or belittle me, I don't care.

That's what I did. Although I was not able to finish my PhD. (I was "all but thesis".) Still, I would not have a problem being with a woman who does have a doctorate. I __might__ be a little intimidated if I only had a BS but that's because I'd be insecure that she'd leave me for someone better.

MS is education administration and PhD would be counseling
