She "isn't looking" for something but is open to try it, What the actual Fock does that even mean?

Anonymous
So, I went out on a date with my crush today. That's right, she called it a date.
I saw her and she was nervous and serious in the beginning. I was talking about something when she said, "We have to talk about us". I almost shit my pants! We spent hours talking about us, literally.

We talked about our relationship.
We are on the same page, we're not friends but we're not "there" yet.
She confessed to me that she doesn't trust me enough. That she needs more time. It hurt me. It really did.
She asked me to explain stuff about me and the way we are. Why do I treat her like "my girlfriend" and stuff.
I like this girl, I really do. I did told her that, what she means to me. I didn't hold back.

She said this:

"She want's to be friends first, but is open to try it.
If something happens between us, great! If it doesn't happen, that's great too! Just don't push or rush it".
I accepted that. Because she doesn't treat me like a friend at all. I honestly don't need another friend.
It was too much info for one talk, I'm still processing stuff. She even recorded our conversation on her phone.

At the end of the date, it felt awkward. I could see it in her eyes. I swear.
Yes, we laughed, yes, we had a good time like we always do, but it felt weird.
I'm seeing her this coming Friday and Saturday, I just don't know how to treat her now.

My gut is telling me she isn't being fully honest with me.
Just like she said that sometimes she gets this "vibe" from me.
It's exactlly how I feel right now. I don't believe what she told me.
I feel like there's something more she is not telling me, whether about us or if there's someone else.
I do not know.

So, what now? Take it slow? Change some stuff about the way I treat her?
Am I in the Friend zone? Should I ask her to give it a try? I am a little confused.

Anyway, Thanks for your time and for reading!
Peace!
