How does this pose look for a profile picture?

It's not unatractive but it's not inviting, you look to stuff and rigid, like tour annoyed that the pic was taken.

I think great pics have almost no symmetry.

Maybe try with one hand on a hip and the other arm just down by your side, lower that shoulder a bit too.

Inwouldnt square up with the camera either, be at slight angle, I'd think hand on hip towards camera.

Maybe bump that hip out out a bit?
Maybe on that leg lift your heal off the ground so your just on your toes/ball of foot.

Of course a little smile.

And I think the camera being up higher would help.

Or maybe everything I said was wrong🤷‍♂️, I'm no photographer, but I think it would make for a much more "lively" photo

If you are a guy legs wide with hands on hips and head high is basically a supper hero stand and is a little over the top pea cocking… You’d be trying too hard to look big and masculine. If you are a girl hands on your hips basically means you are mad. Top in a toe tap to get the anxiety going and indicate you feel like you aren’t being paid enough attention to and I can already hear the nagging... Most girls don’t want to look big and fat unless they are trying to be heard and feel like a small fry short stuff mcmuffin...

There was a famous case of a woman in a bikini at the beach who weighed like 400 pounds using photoshop to make herself look like she was a normal weight woman. The photoshop was really well done! The problem was that somebody else at the beach took a real picture of her at the same time. You remind me of that. But your photoshop is NOT well done.
