Boyfriend only seems interested in seeing me once a week, after a year. Is that normal?

It's been a little over a year, and he seems to only want to see me on weekends. For context, he works landscaping, so he isn't quite as busy in the winter unless the snow gets bad. I've been working from home since last March. We both drive and have cars, and live about a half hour drive apart. The last time I asked him to come over when we didn't have a date planned - I just wanted to see him/didn't feel like spending the night alone, he said he wanted to stay home and take a bath. 😐

I'm not gonna lie that does sound a bit off in my opinion. If you feel as though something is going on then maybe you two should have a conversation about where you guys are in the relationship and what you want the relationship to be. I would say a year is a good time stamp for properly outlining your relationship as in determining if the relationship is serious, exclusive, good/bad etc.
Also, make sure he's okay as an individual. He could he going through something and hasn't found a way to properly communicate his feelings or feels as though he cannot tell you so instead he's being distant. While that is not okay, it could still be a possibility.
So all in all just have an honest and open line of communication. Do not downplay your feelings and make sure you are considering his as well. He should fully respect your thoughts and feelings and vise versa.
