It's clearly the case.
Having a girlfriend puts you low-key in an advantageous position for what regards a non-scripted, non-written competition that men are constantly in.
Also doesn't help that part of your attention goes now to someone who is not your buddies and they notice that.
Girls whom you might have been interested might suddenly see their interest piqued as you've been deemed worthy of being a long lasting partner by another and come back in arms.
Some of you might not notice it, but personal interaction change rather wildly when you find a partner.

Me I've been single since I was 24 never dated or did random hookups now I’m 34 still on the same boat. Yes if you are single I do get treated differently as if I’m a weirdo because they tell me why haven’t you gotten a girlfriend yet what is wrong? Vs when you are in a relationship you get treated very maturely and people will see you as a man.

It's the same dilemma when two girl friends talk about the same guy and one of them admits they are interested, the other friend may develop some jealousy and become interested as well.Right after I got married I had a few nice looking ladies show an interest in me. I wondered where these girls were before I got married.
It makes girls want to fuck you more. And it makes guys who are older want to help you more
It might just be my perception, but I seem to get flirted with a lot more often when in a relationship
Women seem to let me closer because they know I have a girlfriend and have no intentions with them.
Yes, people treat us different when we have a partner simply because we act different, people want what they cannot have.
Women definitely do as they think "ah he has a girlfriend he isn't trying to fuck me he's just being friemdly"
