Should I stop making efforts?

I need your honest opinion in case I overreact or whatever it is.
This guy I met twice, the conversation is dry, die down easy lately but he is still being nice and send more than one word in the sentence (He used to initiate a lot months ago, I don't put more effort because it freaked me out a bit). We always can't meet up due to our schedule.
I also asked him if he's still interested, he said yes but this is about 2 months ago.
I don't know what to do.

I feel like I should delete him off my media account but my instinct tells me not to.

I mean, if your conversation is already dry before anything happens then it probably isn't a great match anyway. Why delete him off your social media though?

It's for personal reasons, I never wanted to accept friend requests from people I don't know but he got me to accept his request when we were drunk lol

Yeah, it's kinda hard when he is good but we don't talk or see each other this much. After our second time together, he told me he wants us to keep it going but nothing happened. He is busy with college and his job, he should be able to find some time as I did, right? I think I blew it too because I don't message him this much either. Only message him when I wanted sex.

I think so. Its not too much to ask especially if he is getting sex out of it, but maybe he really is looking for more than just what it is now between you two and he realizes it may not be happening how he wants.
