Thoughts on a guy who still lives with his family?

So there's this guy I have been talking to and he's a sweetheart literally the best sense of humor and personality everything but one thing that kind of felt odd was that he's 26 and still lives with his dad and step mom and the other day he was talking about moving to Miami and his mom lives there so I'm thinking he's gonna live in Miami with his mother he works at a speedway as a manager 4 days and has a dodge charger car but I'm just like why is he still dependent on his family when he's actually old enough to be responsible for his own life am I being too judgmental or is this actually a turn off

I know a lot of people that age who live with their parents.
Rent is expensive. Buying a house is more expensive. Living with your parents allows you to save. He has a job, he's earning.
You just need to ask about his intentions not guess them - there are people living with their parents because they want to move out and want to do it comfortably.
And then there are people living with their parents who have no intention of really ever looking after themselves - and the only way you can find out which he is is by asking.

That's judgmental. As long as he has his own job then you shouldn't judge him.
Aren't parents important anymore?
I'm talking about decent parents not the abusive ones. I think you should move on and find an emotionally independent man.
In my opinion we should never leave our parents because no one will love you more than them.
Why is today's world so cruel with decent parents and act like they were nothing after growing up?

@ElvenMr I didn't exactly told her what to do but suggested that because she is finding it to be a turn off if a guy is staying with his parents. So that they both can avoid difficulty or incompatibility in future. But maybe she's also willing to be understanding so it will turn out good. Ofcourse she won't do what I say but will consider one or two things, it's upto her.

It is economically stupid to live alone unless you are in the extremely tiny percentage of people bringing home a six figure or more salary in a low income area.
I really never understood why so many people value independance over extra wealth. I have shitty parents, but if an older atheist couple came up and said; "here, have free room and board and everything else that comes with son status", I'd take it, I'd invest, and I'd start up lots of companies, retire at a young age, and THEN i'd build my own house.

There is nothing wrong with it. When the parents got enough rooms in their house. If they share the house both save on money.
