Guys, would a guy in his late 30s find a woman in her mid 20s attractive?

I like this guy who’s in his late 30s (38) and I’m in my mid 20s (24) and I’m just hoping he’ll be attracted... so I’m curious to know if guys that age find girls in that age attractive. I want hope to know if I should shoot my shot.

He would certainly find her physically attractive. Absolutely. The only possible barrier to a relationship might be a cultural difference. Younger people often have different interests and social habits/experiences. But that's not always a huge hurdle to overcome.
You're actually at a perfect age. If you've been out in the real world and are fairly mature (mentally), you should be fine.

Absolutely, although a concern I'd have if I were single at that age is if we're truly on equal footing and that I'm not taking advantage of her. It'd help me if she has her own place, her own job, and if she's quite assertive (ex: she assertively disagrees with some of my opinions rather than listening intently and flattering me and agreeing with everything I say).

Yes, and you're in the golden zone there. You're young, but not so young as to be completely naive and out of touch. Also not old enough to be too entrenched in any particular positions that could negatively affect a relationship too.

I'd go for it. Any younger and I'd start having doubts about how serious the relationship could be though.

LOL. Guys from 12 to 112 would find a girl in her 20's attractive. The older ones though are usually too shy to let you know it.

It will vary. Women that age are attracted to me, but I can never take them that seriously. Some guys that do will only be looking for fun.
