None at all. If you have to use pick-up lines to attract women, then you don't know game. I personally don't just approach strangers. I go for women whom I know or met mutually if not using a dating app. Even though online dating is known to be hugely in the disadvantage of a man, cold approach has its own set of flaws in itself.

But if you really need to do cold approach, then don't do it with pick-up lines.

I have had some success with cold approach although I have not done it in a while.

I guess if you want a hot chick like the one in the pic you just need to talk to her. Statistically the odds are not in your favor unless you are really good looking or famous.

But you might as well give it a shot. Even if she says no a least you manned up and tried. Most other guys out there will only look but never try.
