Did she reject me because I didn't ask her out?

I've had a new girl at work that was very talkative and very flirty, touchy and stuff like that for about a month and a half , i didn't ask her out because i was seeing someone else and now this girl has gone very cold, Barely talkative and no more touching or flirting and i ended up asking her out and she told me she's not interested and was only being friendly but stopped talking , flirting and touching out of the blue completely.

Would you guys think that she moved on and got mad at me because i basically rejected her advance by not making a move?

No, actually when i think about it , I never flirted back or touched her back and whenever she started touching and flirting i left real quick ( because i though it could become serious with the other girl)

Problem is now she denies ever flirting with me and said she was only very friendly but i don't believe it , she was always touching me to tell me i'm cute, im a great guy, im funny bla bla bla and once she was telling me again that she through i was cute and put her hand on my arm and as i was about to leave, she grabbed my arm and squeezed it kinda hard and said : you're really cute , really handsome with a serious look on her face , and now she very defensive about all of this...

Fun fact; she not only said that she wasn't interested but also that she doesn't date coworkers, so why would she be so intense after me to suddenly go so cold! But i kinda understand her , i once had my ego hurted by a girl and i also went radio silent on her and acted like she didn't mean anything to me. Also do you believe she could of simply wanted me to hook up with her? Once i was leaving work and she asked me to wait for her so she could show me where she lives , and when we got there she was kinda waiting outside and i just went ok bye ( i live one street next to her) and she pretty much said bye in which i believe was in a annoyed tone.

Yeah! There was a few more randoms things she did like : i was working around her work station and she came up to me and said : are you working around here? And i said yeah and she said oh good so we can talk, and another similar situation i was about to leave her workstation and she said : you're gonna come back so we can talk right? And one more time when i was doing her break and she came back during her break and told me : i came back because i wanted to talk to you. Back then my intuition was like omg is she like super duper into me or what? And also i'm like 98% sure i matched her on tinder like à year ago but never texted her.

One last thing, i remember i was talking with a friend around her work station and i called him a pussy or something like that and she yelled DON'T SAY THAT! I REALLY HOPE YOU'RE NOT THAT KIND OF GUY I DONT LIKE THOSE KIND OF GUYS,
After a few hours she got back to warm, flirty , talkative and touchy, but i remember also that a few days after she showed me where she lives , i was going to her work station to say hi and she said ; so you're that kind of guy... ( while nodding no) do you think she could of got turned off by something i said or did?
