If you pay attention, most of these men who tolerate this situation have low value in the market. In their subconscious they believe that it's better to have bad sex with a woman like that, tolerating her nasty behaviour towards other men and turning the blind eyes for her escapades, than not having sex at all.
I have a friend who went through similar situation, he doesn't have a great job, he's overweigh, alcoholic and still refuses to let his girlfriends go because literally no woman wants to be with him, so he accepts he's doomed to live in this nightmare forever. You don't see it happening to high value men that often. Generally when they're cheated on they just move on because it's easy for them to find a new woman.
