Would you get angry if your partner falls asleep while you're expressing your love for them?

There's this guy I like. We started off as friends but now we are something more. We are not officially dating but that's subject to change soon.

Yesterday, I got myself comfortable on his laps... like I was straddling him and I could tell he was nervous with the way he couldn't meet my gaze. I wanted to stand up but he held me in place and told me to sit still.
He wrapped his arms around me while I rested my head on his shoulder.
He cleared his throat and took a deep breath... Then his legs started shaking. In my mind I knew he was going to confess his feelings and I was very happy!
He was saying the things he loved about me and blablabla but the shaking thing was making me feel dizzy and I was going to tell him to stop but I didn't want to interrupt him because he was saying something I really wanted to hear and I was waiting for the best part. I fell asleep before I knew it and when I woke up on the couch, two hrs had passed already.
The thing is I already apologized and he told me It's no big deal but I feel he's hurt and is angry at me.
