Basically me and my crush have been hanging out at his hotel for a couple days while he's i. Town. I stayed with him because he was close to my friends birthday party. We have been talking for months online.
long story short i was kinda drunk coming back from the party and we started kissing and I accidentally said i love you. It was old habbit from getting out of a long term relationship… and it just slipped out of my mouth. He look confused and i said sorry i didn't mean to say that.
should I explain what happened or just leave it alone?

Just leave it alone. He probably thinks you were just drunk and saying things you didn't mean to.
