To me, it would depend on the date. Sometimes it could come up in a natural way if you talk about things and be like "oh yeah, I love ice-skating, we should definitely do that next time" or something like that.

But I haven't ben dating that much, so I'm not fully talking from experience.

I say yes. Mention the second date at the end of the first date because it will let the girl know you're still interested and it will allow her to reject the invitation if she's no longer interested.
