Is it normal to get a girlfriend or dates? I feel like when I try I'm just left out and I never get any results?

I feel like everyone is dating someone and it easy for them to connect with women. While, for me I can barely get a reply back or an official date without somebody ghosting me 🥺

I feel like an out cast because I never had the chance to get a girlfriend in my younger years and feel like I'm missing out on so much. All, of my life I have just been getting ignored, rejected, stood up, and unwanted by women. Even though the people close to me say I have a great personality but they never introduce me to women.

So, is it normal to go through 27 years without feeling a touch of a girl's heart or just get close to her?
