Is it normal to make fun of what your partner eats?

So my boyfriend and I are on a Europe trip for a month. I've noticed that when we've traveled I've bought more snacks and candy, to try the delights of each country we've been to.

When we watched a movie last night I brought in some candy. Every bite I took my boyfriend looked at me, and suddenly said "do you want to end up like Anna?" (Anna is my brothers girlfriend, she is really big) then he said "she eats a lot of candy too" I was pretty shocked and looked at him, thinking he might be joking, but he wasn't even smiling.

I felt like crap and put the candy away. He will sometimes say similar things when I eat chips (I looove chips) and calls me "fat fuck" but this he jokes with and don't take seriously.

Im a fit 21 year old. When we don't travel I eat healthily and exercise, Im about 61 kilos. So I'm not overweight or planning to be. I also never eat candy or chips at home because I am afraid to get big.

Is it normal to joke around about this with a partner? Maybe I'm too sensitive but it really gets to me when he says things like that. It doesn't always feel like a joke.
