How come I get more attention from women in real life and hardly any on say Tinder?

Apparently I am a 7 out of 10 and I don’t get many likes on tinder but in real life I get blushes and stares. Why is this the case? So basically if I was to have real life experience on tinder my inbox would be full but it isn’t. What’s going on?
