Imagine an example like this: Your wife contributes 10k to the family's assets. You contribute 100k to the family's assets. Upon divorce, it is a total 110k that is divided in half. So you end up with 55k and your ex wife ends up with 55k. Your worth just got lowered by 45k. She gains 45k.

On the other hand, lets imagine a different scenario: Your wife contributes 100k to the family's assets. You contribute 120k the family's assets. Upon divorce, it will only be 220k divided in half. You will still be able to walk away with 110k.

Marriage law does not favor women. It might seem so because men love marrying broke bimbos with nothing to contribute.

why do men complain about the vast majority of divorce cases being initiated by women? why wouldn't women initiate divorces if she knew she had so much to gain from it?

Maybe looks should stop being the first priority and start dating more mature women 30-35, with established careers, who actually have something to contribute to the family. Then it would really lower the divorce rate.

To be perfectly honest having gone through a previous divorce I never complained I actually gave my ex wife the house and pay taxes on the house every year. My main concern were my twin daughters and my son who are all on their own after graduating from college and I help them as well.

vast majority of men can't afford buying an egg from a woman. It costs on aveage at least 15,000-20,000. You need to pay the woman for the procedure, you need to pay for the medical bills, egg preservation. Then you need to hire a surrogate which will cost another 100,000-200,000. You need to pay the surrogate to hold the baby for 9 months, pay for her birthing medical bills, pay for her shots or pain killer injections, pay for her hospital stay amenities, then after that, you will need to pay for daycare / nanny costs/ pay for breast milk which you don't have.
