How do I even talk to women/ask them out?

I am almost 28 and never had a real girlfriend. I haven't dated much either.

I don't know how to really approach a woman, carry on good conversations, or the best ways to ask her out, especially with the intention of asking her out and if she is attractive to me. I get too nervous and shy.

To make matters worse, I really only want a woman without a romantic past where we can be each other's first loves. I don't really know how to screen for that and not be too upfront.

I don't really have many friends or a social network. I don't know really many people that well outside my family and my 2 older friends.

well is different ways to go about this

first off you can work on your social skills and try to develope more friendships and connections with girls /people. which could include finding ways to talk to more people and socialise more in public

the reality is most women your age will have a romantic past , a lot of girls start dating by 16 so by 28 not really sure there is a lot out there with none. you could perhaps try and date women who've been with less men than others

I like younger girls anyways, as long as they are legal age and we get along. My maturity is behind many years due to my Asperger's anyways.

still how much younger could you realistically date at 28 ? most 18-20 girls have still had there first boyfriend by then.
i was in a similar situation when i was your age and never really tried to date anyone my own age , i agree if you get along and there is a legit connection the age diff less of an issue

Just start a conversation with her, to bulid a rapport, her likes, dislikes, music she listens, hobbies, food, then introduce yourself, be yourself then ask them out
