You know those people who complain about only attracting jerks. Why do you think some people claim to only attract low quality people?

By low quality, I mean bad personality.

Is it really just bad luck? I'm sure it can be, but do you think that's the most likely reason?

We tend to attract the same people over and over.

For example... in a country that's almost 70% Christian, I only date atheists. Not because I reject Christians - I don't. Just because the only kinds of women I ever hit it off with always end up being atheists.

We put out a lot of invisible, subconscious "vibes" that lead us to find our people.

It must suck to be someone for whom "our people" is abusive jerks.

Usually the people who say they only attract jerks are probably only paying attention to those people. They dont care about the ones who aren't jerks so it seems as though only jerks are into them.

You're right to be skeptical. It's more likely that they're trying to play the victim or have Borderline Personality Disorder than to have such eternal bad luck.

Because they are terrible at vetting men and friendzone the men who aren’t jerks and only find men who are sexually exciting or they are just not a respectable woman and only men looking for sex do approach them.
