Then you don't really love your boyfriend. When you truly love someone, you aren't looking for anyone else, and you definitely wouldn't be crushing on another person. You woukd be very satisfied and grateful for your partner. You would have your lover on your mind, and be anxious to get home to them everyday.
Then you should break up with your boyfriend. This means you look at him differently and not as your man. If so you wouldn't feel the need to be with this other guy. You said you still love him but love can have different meanings, you can love someone as family, as a lover or as a friend. Try to figure it out and just don't hurt anyone, better breaking up than cheating.
